My friend Paul IMs me today and tells me about the following conversation that he had with a guy named Curtis:
Curtis: “I know that you are in the Grad Eng. Program and want to know if you know how to write computer programs or just code.”
Paul: “I know you’re in the College and want to know if you know how to write papers or just type words?”
Okay, so Paul didn’t really say that back to Curtis, but Curtis really did ask that to Paul, copied/pasted verbatim from Curtis’s email. I mean, Paul’s ONLY a freakin’ computer engineer. And no, Paul doesn’t know how to write programs, he just types random code as it comes to his head.
